Disclaimer

The following rules apply to all models/artists:

1) Model must be 18+ with proper I.D., and bring a copy of it to the shoot.
2) Model must sign a model release before/after shoot.
3) I do not sign over or share copyrights ever unless the model pays for them exclusively.
4) The model will get a CD of approximately 5-10% of the total number of useable photographs {deemed by me} taken during the shoot as promotional images in low-resolution JPEG format with my copyright on them, 14-21 days (possibly sooner) after the photo shoot.
5) Images can be used by the model, mua, stylist, etc. for self promotion ONLY! Promotional materials include but are not limited to portfolios, comp cards & website portfolios. My images are not to be sold, changed, altered/cropped in any shape, form, or manner or used commercially without my written consent. Any violations of any of these terms above will be deemed as a breach of contract.
6) A CD at high-resolution of images selected by the model from the shoot is available at a nominal charge per image + photoshop retouching. *No freebie prints*
